S.L. Cafe is very spacious with high ceilings and a funky decor that includes the use of red bricks to create a hand-made world-map design on the huge wall. There are three set-meal options (NT$150-250) for breakfast and lunch--one with just a salad, seasonal fruit and french bread; another with German sausages, an omelette and bacon; and the third the same as the second with added cold cuts and double portions of breads. The American Bacon Bagel (NT$160) here also pairs well with fruit vinegar from Nantou and a salad. Panini and focaccia sandwiches are served all day and come with salad, and a choice of either ham, smoked beef or smoked salmon (NT$140-160).
