One feels like they've traveled back in time as they savor a cup of coffee at this cafe, gazing at Japanese colonial-era concrete and bamboo walls and cypress-wood pillars. The owner spent seven months renovating this century-old house, which encourages customers to linger over freshly-roasted Single Origin Coffee (NT$120-280) in a nostalgic setting. Options include both pour-over and siphon made coffees with unique flavors. Specialty Coffees (NT$70-150) are brewed with four kinds of coffee beans, while Shake Symphony (NT$150) is prepared by shaking Italian espresso until it becomes foam.
