New to Tainan's flood of spaghetti/noodle houses is Theodoro Spaghetti. They have taken up residence at the intersection of HuaiEn Road and ZhangRong Road, Section 2. The small two-floor restaurant kept the white stucco interior and sparse, yet colourful decorations from its former days as a hot pot restaurant. They now serve up an assortment of Italian noodle and rice dishes available with pesto, cream, pumpkin, curry or tomato sauces-to which you add your choice of main ingredient (bacon, chicken or seafood). Along with the rice and noodle dishes there are a decent number of small salads and snacks. Noodle and rice dishes range between NT$138 and NT$178 with a free drink included (choice of tea, coffee or juice) or you can add a soup, small salad and garlic bread for NT$50 more. Snacks and salads range in price from NT$30 to NT$90. The Bacon Tomato Sauce Pasta comes recommended.
