        Opened 13 years ago, the Fine Art Center concentrates on the works of Taiwanese artists such as Zhang Bing-tang. For the past three years it has occupied an airy, ultra-modern 150-ping building. In addition to oil paintings, there are crayon works and some sculptures on display--but no traditional Chinese-style ink paintings. Those thinking of buying here need relatively deep pockets, as most of the works are priced between NT$40,000 and NT$160,000.
