This special store combines hot pot, grill, and roast, with something unique or nearly unique in South Taiwan: fried "snowy" ice. After a meal of seafood or meat (all-you-can-eat lunches and dinners, NT$259 to NT$350 per person), you can cool off with ice or ice cream, cooked in special utensils imported from Japan. These pots can generate temperatures as high as 300 degrees Celsius, then immediately drop to 30 degrees Celsius below zero for results which are both intriguing and delicious. The most popular dessert flavors are strawberry, mango, and green tea.
